Monica Hapsari

Monica Hapsari, a multitalented artist born in Jakarta in 1983, graduated from the Kriya Textile department, FSRD ITB. Her contribution to fine arts, fashion, and music did her work in various medium two dimensions and three-dimensional, starting from illustration, textile exploration, until sound and frequency experiments. She usually raises the theme of the search for identity as a human being for her artwork. Most of her ideas are typically related to the inner approach, question about a divinity concept, psychology, and the benefits of art as therapy for her and the audience.
